  • Lodging Digital Platform

    Through the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) loyalty programme, discoverasr.com and the Discover ASR mobile app, we are able to boost revenue growth, increase guest satisfaction, raise productivity due to integrated systems, and tap on advanced analytics to make smart business decisions.

  • Intelligent Building Platform

    An Internet of Things (IoT) platform is implemented across our commercial, retail, and lodging assets. The platform gathers real-time data from thousands of sensors that track building energy consumption and perform systems monitoring.

    It enables our operation and engineering teams to have complete view of building systems and equipment status, allowing us to identify ways to save energy, improve productivity and enhance customer experience.

  • As a global sustainable real estate leader, CapitaLand plays an active role in shaping a climate-resilient, resource-efficient built environment. In 2021, we launched our first CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge (CSXC-2021)—a call to innovators around the world to collaborate with us in developing solutions to make buildings more sustainable. We launched CSXC-2022 in January 2022 and are offering S$500,000 in funding for the top 10 projects to be piloted at our global network of properties.
